Teddy Swims tattoo box commission
I was recently commissioned by the Co-op Live arena in Manchester to create a set of tattoo inspired designs to be applied to a gift box for the musician Teddy Swims. Teddy is an avid tattoo collector so they wanted to gift him something to reflect that passion. The box was filled with curated books by the Manchester based, visual arts bookshop, Unitom.
Wild wolf
Recently I've been exploring how I can add more energy and character to my drawings whilst working digitally. I have always enjoyed drawing fast and energetically but tend to move away from that while creating finished pieces. I thought a wolf would be a good fit for this experiment.
Batman character design
A personal project to explore Batman as a character. I wanted to move away from the more typical top heavy design and lean into exagerated shapes.
Exercise gator
Based on a character I quickly sketched out one day in my sketchbook. We all want to be a little bit better, sometimes its tricky. It was also a good excuse to study one of my favourite animals.
